It was a bright and sunny day in the late fall, Alana cried out of excitement while walking down the aisle to see her future husband Rui. Every battle they've faced, every challenges they've solved together, it was during these moments when they realize they can never be apart again. From the details of the bouquet to the energy of the guests, The wedding day was remarkable in every way, a perfect reflection on how caring and awesome this couple really is.
Alana and Rui, thank you both so much for this special Portuguese wedding. You both not only wowed me on the Portuguese seafood, but most importantly, how affectionate and generous people can be. You both are the reason that I continue to do what I love to do. For that, I am truly grateful that I am able to capture your special day, I almost felt as if this was my family event to the honest. It was the beginning of Spring, cherry blossom just reached its peak in Branch Brook Park, it is the perfect spot for this couple who grew up near this gorgeous location.
We soon drove down to Hoboken NJ to watch the sunset. Four years ago, I shot my first wedding on this street, still feels like yesterday.
